- Integrated Furnace Control- the Integrated Furnace Control provides all of the ignition and safety functions of the typical Integrated Furnace Control as well as interpreting the signals from the thermostat. The Integrated Furnace Control optimizes the furnace performance when the input signals come from the modulated output thermostat. The controller monitors all of the thermostat and temperature inputs and insures the stable operation of inducer, gas valve and inside blower motor. The Integrated Furnace Control has a seven segment LED for system diagnostics. A Supply Air Temperature Sensor probe senses the supply air temperature and sends this information to the Integrated Furnace Control. The furnace controller adjusts the blower motor speed to maintain a constant, comfortable discharge air temperature. The Return Air Temperature Sensor monitors the return air temperature. The Integrated Furnace Control uses this information to calculate the temperature rise to ensure optimal efficiency.
- ICM2+ Blower Motor- uses less electricity than an 75 Watt light bulb, when running at 40%. The airflow through the ducting is varied to meet the load demand. Airflow as little as 300 CFM is achieved by the response of a brush less permanent magnet variable speed motor.
